Hi! I’m Fred(Jiacong) Bao(鲍嘉聪), a 3rd-year PhD student in Operations Management/Management Science at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland.
I conduct empirical research in social impact areas including child labor, organ transplantation, and other sustainability and healthcare challenges.
I am advised by Dr. Michael C. Fu and Dr. Ashish Kabra.
